Orchard Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 3oz package diced RIND Snacks Orchard dried fruit
  • Flaky salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. . Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix sugars + butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Mix in oats. Mix in Orchard dried fruit.
  3. Divide into 16 balls of dough on two sheet pans. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Top with flaky salt.
