Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cups quick oats
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup brown butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2tsp. Vanilla
- 1 3oz package diced RIND Snacks Orchard dried fruit
- Flaky salt (optional)
Instructions:
- . Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix sugars + butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Mix in oats. Mix in Orchard dried fruit.
- Divide into 16 balls of dough on two sheet pans. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Top with flaky salt.
