Caramel Apple Energy Bites

Ingredients - makes 18 balls:

  • RIND Apple Chips
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 cup apple chips
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a large food processor, add all ingredients and process for 20 - 30 seconds until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7-10 days (if they make it that long 😌).
