- 1 tsp back tea
- 1 cup fresh watermelon
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 8 oz water
- 3 pieces RIND Sweet Watermelon Coco-Melon Skin-On Dried Fruit
- Agave Sweetener to taste
- Ice
Steep the black tea in 8 oz water and with 2 pieces of RIND Sweet Watermelon. Strain, add agave to taste and let cool. Squeeze the watermelon and collect the juice. Pour 4 oz tea into glass and top with an additional 4 oz of watermelon juice. Garnish with watermelon pieces.
