Strawberry Coconut Daiquiris - Keto Friendly

Ingredients:

Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (sugar free using sweetener instead of sugar)

Coconut Layer:

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup (sugar free using sweetener instead of sugar)
  • 1 cup ice

Garnish:

  • Crushed coconut crisps for the rim -
  • RIND coconut crisps
  • Fresh strawberries

Directions: 

1. Add strawberry ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour strawberry mixture into a glass.

3. Rinse blender out and add coconut layer ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

4. Pour coconut mixture over strawberry mixture.

5. Garnish with coconut crisps & fresh strawberries.

Optional: add rum to each layer or float on top
