RECIPE:
Step1️⃣:stir the following ingredients together:
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice (I used plain Greek yogurt)
- 2 heaped tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp nut butter of choice (I used almond butter) splash of vanilla extract cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice to taste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- optional: 1/2 scoop protein powder of choice (I used ) small handful of granola (I used honey hemp granola)
Step2️⃣: add more granola on top of the dip and serve with sliced apple and apple chips
