Ingredients:
- 1.5oz / 45ml Perla vodka
- .75oz / 22,5ml St Germain liqueur
- .5oz / 15ml Pennellen amaro
- 2oz / 60ml pear juice
- .5oz / 15ml fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Fine strain into chilled coup glass
- Garnish with dried pear slice
