Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dry Rub: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup finely chopped RIND Orchard Blend (persimmons, peaches, red apples)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for the glaze)
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat the wings dry and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the wings and toss to coat.
- Place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet for maximum crispiness. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While wings bake, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, combine honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, butter, garlic powder, lime juice, and finely chopped RIND Orchard Blend. Simmer on low until thick and glossy.
- Toss the hot wings in the warm glaze until fully coated.
- (Optional) Broil wings for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Serve and enjoy!
