High Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup RIND Vanilla Coconut Crisps
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (add more if needed)

Instructions:

  • Mix the ingredients
  • Form into cookies on a lined baking sheet
  • Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!
