High Protein Breakfast Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 peeled apple
  • orange zest
  • RIND snacks of choice (Oranges from Chewy Tropical Blend used here

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and cook in a closed pan for around 15 min
  2. Remove from pan and top with yogurt and RIND Snacks
