Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, mashed (or 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup chopped @rindsnacks Orchard Blend (dried apples, persimmons and peaches)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375℉. Spray a 9x13 or 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients and mix together. Then add oats, chia seeds, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well then stir in diced apple, chopped nuts and chopped @rindsnacks.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Top with maple syrup or Greek yogurt!
